What is Esports Business League?
Esports Business League is a charity esports event, which provides working gamers with an arena for competition between individuals and teams from different companies. Each season of the league is 4-8 weeks in length. Matches take place on week days after working hours Monday-Thursday. The league culminates with finals where the teams and players who have accumulated the most points during the season meet. All league matches are being broadcasted live on our Twitch channels.

Counter-Strike League
Groups of up to 8 teams competing in a round-robin format across 3-7 weeks. Matches on weekday evenings, capped off by a grand finals weekend. All matches are streamed live!

Terms and conditions
Team eligibility
All team members must be current employees of the registered company, with no active professional esports affiliation and no professional matches in the past 24 months. Standins must meet the same conditions.
Individual players (SC2)
StarCraft II competitors must be current employees of their registered company. Substitutes may be added post-registration under the same eligibility conditions.
Registration fee
300 BGN per Counter-Strike team · 60 BGN per StarCraft II player. Paid via bank transfer after form submission. Limited to 16 teams / 32 players.
Prize pool & charity
All registration fees form the prize pool, which is fully donated to a charitable cause chosen by the winners at the end of each season.

Counter-Strike League
- 3-7 weeks
- 2 groups with up to 8 teams each
- 1-2 matches per team per week
- Matches are in BO1 or BO3 format
- Round robin format
- Each team earns points weekly
- Finals weekend with the 4 best teams from the group stage

Prizes
The winning team/player will appropriate 75% of the prize pool towards their choice of a charitable cause.
The runner-up will appropriate 25% of the prize pool towards their choice of a charitable cause.
Season 2
Season 2 concluded on November 8th with grand finals in both StarCraft II and Counter-Strike. SuGaRBuNNy [Nuvei] claimed the SC2 title after a nail-biting BO5, while Plan-B [Modis] swept both maps to take the CS:GO crown.
Season 1
Season 1 ended on April 12 with grand finals in both StarCraft II and Counter-Strike. SuGaRBuNNy [C3I] won a competitive BO5 to claim the SC2 title, while Bpro Veterans triumphed in a 3-map thriller over DXC.

Esports Business League is organized by Bellum Gens — an organization focused on the development and popularization of esports in Bulgaria and on the Balkans. We want to make esports a recognizable topic for the business community and help all esports projects in the region grow.
